1. Scope of application
1.1 This website www.kulo.ch is operated by CIS-Centre d'Intégration Socioprofessionnelle.
1.2 These general terms and conditions of sale apply to product orders placed with CIS-Centre d'Intégration Socioprofessionnelle by e-mail, cell phone or the Internet since October 15, 2025.
1.3 By placing an order with CIS-Centre d'Intégration Socioprofessionnelle, the purchaser unreservedly accepts the application of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Control
2.1 Each item is designed and handmade by the kulô workshop's adapted employees, under the supervision of a socio-professional supervisor.
2.2 Each product is unique, even if it comes from the same model. Indeed, during production, shapes, colors and dimensions may vary slightly. By purchasing a kulô brand product, the purchaser is aware that the product is handmade and accepts that it may have slight imperfections, which do not hinder its use. However, we do our utmost to keep these imperfections to a minimum.
3. Contract conclusion
3.1 The CIS-Centre d'Intégration Socioprofessionnelle accepts no liability for the fact that goods ordered cannot be delivered due to lack of available stocks, additional supplies or production.
3.2 Orders placed on www.kulo.ch will be accepted while stocks last. Orders are final upon confirmation of purchase. The sales contract is deemed to have been concluded when the order is validated.
3.3 Within 24 (twenty-four) hours of validation of the order, the purchaser may ask CIS-Centre d'Intégration Socioprofessionnelle to modify or cancel the contract (except for personalized products). Cancellation is also possible in the event of a manifest pricing error or a delay in delivery exceeding 30 days in relation to the announced delivery date.
3.4 Custom-made or personalized items, as well as items already shipped, cannot be modified or cancelled.
4. Reservation of ownership
4.1 CIS-Centre d'Intégration Socioprofessionnelle reserves ownership of the goods sold and delivered until payment of the purchase price.
5. Awards
5.1 Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable.
5.2 Sales prices do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges are added to the sale price and are indicated in the order summary ("basket").
5.3 CIS-Centre d'Intégration Socioprofessionnelle reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price in force is that displayed at the time of purchase.
6. Resellers
6.1 The purchaser may only resell purchased goods by prior written agreement with CIS-Centre d'Intégration Socioprofessionnelle. A request must be made to hello@kulo.ch
6.2 In the event of agreement, the contractual relationship will be explicitly defined(firm sale or resale mandate on a commission basis). In particular, the reseller undertakes to communicate the intended resale prices, to provide a statement of sales on request, and to pay the agreed amounts in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions.
7. Delivery charges
7.1 A contribution to postage and packing varies according to the amount of the order:

8. Delivery time
8.1 Delivery times :
- Orders placed on the site are sent Monday to Friday by B Mail. The usual delivery time is 3 working days.
- For customized orders, lead times will be discussed at the time of quotation.

8.2 Delivery times are given as an indication only. However, if delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the purchaser may cancel the order and obtain a refund.
9. Delivery
9.1 Deliveries are made every week from Monday to Friday by B Mail. In the event of an urgent request, it is possible to write to us to obtain A Mail. Additional charges apply.
9.2 When validating the order, the buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided. CIS-Centre d'Intégration Socioprofessionnelle shall not be held liable in the event of an error in the customer's contact details which could prevent delivery of the product.
9.3 If the delivery of a product is not made or is incomplete, the buyer has a maximum of one week (after the delivery date) in which to make a complaint. After this period, the complaint will not be accepted.
9.4 The CIS-Centre d'Intégration Socioprofessionnelle is closed on Fribourg public holidays and bank holidays. Among other things, the CIS is closed every year between Christmas and New Year. During these closures, orders will only be dispatched 1 day a week. The exact dates will be announced on the kulô media and website as they become available.
10. Transfer of risk
10.1 For private consumers, the risk of loss or deterioration is transferred only at the time of actual delivery of the product by the Post Office.
10.2 For professional buyers, the transfer of risks occurs as soon as the parcel is handed over to the Post Office.
10.3 If the purchaser returns goods to the CIS-Centre d'Intégration Socioprofessionnelle, the purchaser shall bear the risk until the goods are received by the CIS-Centre d'Intégration Socioprofessionnelle.
11. Return or exchange policy
11.1 Items delivered by CIS-Centre d'Intégration Socioprofessionnelle may be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
11.2 Returned items must be undamaged, complete and in their original packaging.
11.3 Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
11.4 Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
12. Payment
12.1 Payment for goods can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and TWINT.
12.2 Payment by invoice is only possible for custom orders.
12.3 CIS-Centre d'Intégration Socioprofessionnelle reserves the right to restrict certain payment methods depending on the customer's profile (e.g. order history).
12.4 Irrespective of the method of payment used, the purchaser understands and accepts that his payment may transit through a financial intermediary subject to legal obligations with regard to money laundering.
12.5 Any order may be subject to a request for a partial or total deposit. In this case, an order will be processed upon receipt of the requested deposit.
12.6 In the event of return of goods, the deposit paid by the purchaser will be reimbursed on request and after communication of his bank details.

12.7 In the case of payment by instalment, the purchaser must use the details shown on the invoice. The purchaser may make a bank transfer, indicating the IBAN received with the order and his customer number under the reason for payment, or use the payment slip provided. Depending on the total amount, a deposit may be requested before production begins.

12.8 In the case of payment by credit card or TWINT, the buyer will be debited at the time of ordering. If an item is sold out or cancelled, the CIS-Centre d'Intégration Socioprofessionnelle will refund the purchaser's credit card or TWINT account.
12.9 CIS-Centre d'Intégration Socioprofessionnelle is not liable for any debit charges (not applicable to TWINT).
12.10 Credit cards may only be used for purchases made via the website. Orders placed by e-mail (customized or personalized orders) do not allow the use of the credit card. For TWINT, a QR code can be sent by e-mail for prepayment.
13. Product verification
13.1 If the product is damaged on receipt of the parcel, the purchaser must notify any claims within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel, to the e-mail address hello@kulo.ch. The money-back guarantee can only be applied if a request is made in writing, stating the reasons for the return and accompanied by photographic evidence.
13.2 If no complaint is received within this period, the product is deemed to have been accepted, except for non-apparent defects.

15. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
15.1 For private consumers, the place of jurisdiction is the domicile of the purchaser or that of the seller, in accordance with Swiss law. For B2B relationships, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Fribourg.
